The mass housing project in Caracas, the capital of Venezuela, includes 102 four-storey blocks of housing and four school buildings. The project, featuring a total of 1,600 houses with 2+1 and 3+1 apartment types, represents the second and third phases of the urban transformation plan. The project, which was built on a total of 120,000 m², was delivered in a short period of eight months.
